2) Message me alongside your order with the words and phrases you require in your design ~ this can be dates/quotes/phrases/funny in-jokes, etc.
Please write out your words and phrases in a 'grocery list' format: one underneath the other, if possible

3) Allow 1 week for the design work to be completed, this allows for busier periods. I will send you a preview version first so that you can check the details and OK that you are happy with it.

4) When completed, the personalized print will be sent off to you via Royal Mail in a hardbacked 'DO NOT BEND' envelope
